who's job is it anyway?

I do not understand why some people have no sense of work ethic.
If I am getting paid to do something, then I should be doing it to the best of my ability. Seems simple to me, but not to others.

I know that some people are just lazy and others are young and too busy having a good time. But those who are older, and seem to work harder at not working than to just do the job?

I find it irritating to try to work with them too. You end up doing their job or constantly bugging them to get their act together. Sigh.

Maybe they will move this one to another department, she seems to disappear to other places all the time, so maybe she would be happier there instead of where she is?

I just know that after doing my job and most of hers, I will still have to go in tomorrow morning and clean up a big mess because it won’t be done…..
it’s not fair, but I will do it anyway.

As a friend of mine said, "As long as there is a mess to clean up, then we have job security."
