Remembering

This morning in church our pastor stood and thanked his wife for all her hard work this past week in putting together 2 special events. This is not the first time he has done that. She reacts with embarrassment but I think it is very precious that he wants every one to know that he appreciates her. They both also make a habit of thanking people for anything they do. When people get thanked then they know they are appreciated. I don’t think we thank people enough. I guess I feel like I have found a kindred spirit with this couple. Thanking people and encouraging people is so very important. The dictionary says that thank you is a conversational expression of gratitude Gratitude is the state of being grateful; warm and friendly feeling toward a benefactor; kindness awakened by a favor received; a feeling of thankfulness and appreciation; For those of you who are reading this, I want to thank you for taking the time to read this. Thank You!
