Decorations

I see from my blog that we decorated our tree somewhere around November 20th…. and it is still up! Yes folks, our little tree is still there sitting on his little table all decorated. The angels that light up are still on my china cabinet. The box with the lights for outside is still in the living room. No we never got them up so at least I don’t have to take them down…. I sort of made a promise out loud, that on Tuesday, my next day off, I would take down the decorations and give the living room a good cleaning. I got a few nods of approval from the gang but I noticed no one offered to help or even to do this for me. Sigh. I kind of hate undecorating but I do want my little living room back. I am certainly no where near the Christmas decorating queen. That honor goes to mom. She is the one who would have Christmas decorations up all year long if you let her. She also likes to have the decorations take over the house. But we love her anyway.
