Week 2 of new me

So I have gone beyond the caffeine headaches and feeling good. I am drinking water, some juice but mostly green tea with honey(cold).

i am also checking the sodium levels on foods. Those packaged things are nasty.

and I am now liking tuna who would guess that one?

 

nad I have lost 5 pounds so far.

When I am hungry between meals I am eating veggies, fruits and some nuts instead of chips and cookies.

 

I am also dealing with the prospect of 25 more days without a properly working oven.

Sears.... sigh.
