Today is a better day
I have made some changes in my diet and got myself on a multivitamin and so far I am feeling a little less tired and getting some things done.
Not great leaps and bounds but moving forward and that is a good thing, eh Martha?
I am changing my list from a should do list to a to do list.
Changing my focus a little at a time and taking baby steps to a new me.
Can't say exactly there this will lead me but I plan to enjoy the adventure and stay in the moment.
