some more changes

Today I have a nasty headache and am trying to think over some stuff.

I have left my last online group as it had become too trying to keep up with and I think I need to get rid of any excesses I can.

I am in the middle of a long weekend off with stuff going on at work and stuff at home and maybe that's the reason for my headache.

I must find my happy place and let this Advil work.
