Back to school stress

You know, it is a stressful time of year not just for parents but also for the staff of stores.Why? Because those parents who are shoppers tend to get a little crazy well some get a LOT crazy.

I had one customer yesterday who suggested that we give out Valium to the customers.So it must have been bad for another customer to say that.

Last week we had 3 of our staff attacked with shopping carts as well as plenty of verbal abuse thrown out to everyone. Now none of us has done anything to deserve this. We just happen to be the punching bag that customers take out any real or perceived injustices on.

I mean really. the events whether it be back to school or Christmas or birthdays etc. always take place the same time every year. So why leave things to the last minute and then blame the staff because you are stressed out?

HELLO people! You caused your own stress by being a procrastinator not me.
