tattoos

I am watching this show on tv about a tattoo shop.

It has been interesting listening to the people telling us why they want a tattoo.

there is a lot of emotion involved in this process. I guess it makes sense to want to have some attachment when you are going to put something permanently on your skin.

I don't think I would ever want something that permanent and I think of how it will look when you are old....... hmmmm......

I guess I understand that they want something with them forever to remind them of someone they loved who is gone. A kind of permanent eulogy.

I still won't be getting any tattos, call me chicken but I don't think of decorating my skin as a way to celebrate or to remember someone.

If you do that's ok and I do think some of these are very artistic and quite pretty just not my cup of tea.
