Bosses (sigh)
Some bosses need to be smacked up side the head. they don't think about how their words can demoralize their employee and it has the opposite effect that I think they want.
Encouraging words and working together get far better results then to yell or to speak down to someone.
You really do get farther with sweetness instead of anger.
I got a smack down on Friday which was uncalled for to say the least and I know he just did so because he was uptight about a situation and decided to leave his frustration at my feet. Not the greatest idea.
At this time when there are not enough workers to go around the dumbest thing to do is to make a good employee mad at you
