Holidays are over

If you can get to Drumheller Alberta it is worth the trip to see the museum. It was amazing and lots to see and I have lots of pictures of it. There were some other things to see in the area as well.

It was fun having a real vacation this year and staying in a motel was making me feel a little spoiled.

We were going to go swimming on the last day in Calgary but the wave pool was closed if you please. Now who closes a pool in the summer????

sigh, we went for a swim at home in the local pool but it was not as much fun. I do plan to get to the pool once a week and get myself into better shape.

Now I am working on getting my pictures together in albums so we can relive the great time we had together.

I thought I had one more day off as tomorrow is labor day but I got a call from work today asking if I would come in tomorrow. I guess we are way behind in getting ready for the grand opening. oh well, at least it will be extra bucks in the bank.

My doggy also had a good hoilday at the vets. He came home looking quite perky and was excited to see us again.

So as I end this day and get the laundry done, make supper and pick up son from work, I think I will be telling my friends to visit southern Alberta there is lots to see here.
