Employment, something we need for money to live on, for a sense of accomplishment and I am sure there are many other reasons to work.
Yesterday was my last day working in the furniture department which is a relief but also, it has been my baby for a year and I am somewhat concerned about the new person who will be in my place.
Starting Monday I get to be in my new place learning new things and a challenge which I can dig my teeth into.
My son has also got himself 2 jobs, part time in both places. Well, we shall see if this works out for him.
In this province we are so short of people to work that there are help wanted signs up everywhere. It's almost to the point of a real crisis especially in the northern and isolated places.
There are even places that are paying to move people from other provinces to fill positions.
So if you are looking for a job this might be the place to start.
