Other Side of the weekend

I did get some short naps in over the weekend and also got some sympathy from friends which helped.

Today I managed to get some things accomplished at work between bouts of dizziness and my boss was even a reasonable human being today.

I even got the good news that I am getting the 2 long weekends off over Christmas and Newyears! Every other year I have had to work the 24th and 26th but this year I get off the 23,24,25 and then the 30,31 and 1st.

It pays to be a department manager sometimes.

I still think I will keep my eyes and ears open to any other opportunity that comes along but for now I am here in furniture and gettin' 'er'done.

I have also been asked to sing on the 10th 2 songs, now the problem is to pick which ones.

There are so many beautiful Christmas songs I could sing.

Now where is my carol book.........

I know I get side tracked very easily.

Now off to another load of laundry and then to bed.
