Sleep to have or not to have enough...

 

I hear and read that I could be tired from a multitutde of things.

1. Not enough sleep

2. Stress

3. Depression

4. Excitement

and there are probably more

and to some extent many of these are true reasons for my tiredness.

But you  know I am now tired of being tired. I wish I had enough sleep, less stress and the energy to get through my day.

To be honest, there are days when I wish I could just stay in bed but I have responsabilities and committments that I intend to keep.

There are times when I just wish I could take a little holiday. Not really going anywhere or doing anything special. Just a holiday from my life.

No I am not anywhere near suicidal I love living, it's just that there are moments when I wish I could really call a spot of time mine with no nagging pressures and no guilt.

Maybe that's what Heaven is suppose to be like.
