Why blog?
I suppose there are many reasons why a person would write a blog. Sometimes for information, or to express oneself, or maybe out of lonliness to meet someone?
I suppose with some blogs there is a clear purpose in existing while others are more vague.
I think my blog started out as a combination of wanting a place to express myself, while also giving out some information about my life to those who know me. I am not one to write long letters and too cheap to phone so this is an alternative way of communicating.
I think a part of me also wants to write a book. I know I don't have the time and perhaps not the talent to be a writer and I could not take the rejection of not being published. I also don't have the money and even if I did, would not stoop to self publishing.
I don't know who said it first, but every life is a story. Some more interesting then others. So I hope that first, this will continue to give me a way of living out in some way the dream of a writer, while giving information to my friends and family without boring them and also give me the option of never having to feel rejected. What's not to love, eh?

So I think I am part writer and director as well as actor. When I write here, I am critic of my own as well as other's productions.
