It's a big job but somebody's got to do it
There are moments when I feel overwhelmed by the amount of work to keep a department running. Also knowing that I don't have complete co-operation from my staff.
But it helps to know that my boss is encouraging and is confident that I can do this. She is also available for questions along the way.
Part of me wants to look at the pile still to do and gets discouraged but I need to remember what I have accomplished to encourage me to keep going. Staying focused is sometimes a problem for me when I get distracted by thingsI see need doing. But if I can keep to the course I start out on each day, then I know this department ( it's actually 2) will soon be running like a well oiled machine.
Right now I am more like the engine chugging up the hill,,,,, I think I can I think I can.....
