Chicken Conspiracy
There is a chicken conspiracy going on today.
I planned to have shake n Bake chicken tonight for supper. I planned to buy the chicken breasts ths afternoon. I went to our local Safeway and the only chicken breasts they had were boneless and skinless and we dont' like them. They taste weird without having the bone and skin for added flavor.
So I muttered my frustration and then went off to the other store, SuperSam. Now usually they carry the chicken I like, not today.
Not only did they only have the skinless, bonelss chicken, it also was at a cost of 21 dollars for 5 pieaces!
Rediculous!
I bought a roast big enough for the 5 of us and 6 small inside round steaks for the price of 5 chicken breasts!
I tell ya there is a chicken conspiracy going on here.
Could be those local cattle ranchers are in on it?

Do you have that add, “I feel like chicken tonight”? Chicken Tonight is a sauce you pour over the chicken and bake it into a casserole.
You should have had roast lamb – we did on Sunday night and on Tuesday night.
