Weekend Warriors
Yesterday morning at the opening meeting, the store manager called us weekend warriors. He said we are the ones who handle the heaviest crowds dealing with customers the best we can even when there is a shortage of staff.
Later in the break room I wondered out loud if we weekend warriors could get time off for battle fatigue.
Today was certainly better then yesterday. The customers were in a happier mood and many thanked me for being so helpful. Yesterday, I acted the same way and had people biting my head off. Go figure.
The only thing different is that I had my hair cut... Now don't tell me that makes people react to me more positively!

Having your hair cut does make people react more positively to you.
I’m sorry but how could I not say it when you said “don’t”. LOL
I’m sure you deserved the praise you got. I know you work hard and you persevere through the toughest times.
