A Moment in my life
I was sitting here minding my own business when my unique
daughter(2nd oldest) came stomping down the stairs with a game in
her hand. She was asking her sister, the oldest, (who is here with me)
if she should throw out this game as there were parts missing. This
game belongs to the first born.
NO she had not checked she just assumed pieces are missing.
So next thing I knew, I was counting out the pieces, and yes, they were all there. Her response?
" I guess we will keep it then."
The owner of said game, in a somewhat commanding tone responds with, " I guess we will! Don't throw out something when you have not even checked it."
So off she wandered back up stairs muttering. I wonder if I should follow her to see what else she is throwing out......
Maybe I will live in blissful ignorance... I am too tired for this.
I also ponder for a moment what the youngest (my son) is doing. He is upstairs with the 2nd born and earlier they were playing some of the board games.
hmmmm
Now I hear sounds like tiny things dropping on the floor...
You know in my fantasy world, I thought by the time they were adult age, that I would not have evenings like this.
Maybe I am living in Alice's land and calm, normal reality are just a rabbit hole away...
