Today in Soap Opera Land
It was like living in a soap opera today at work.
Between one person not getting along with another.
Another person getting upset because she can't have her way.
Then there is the nice guy who just wants to make people laugh only he's not so good at it.
Then there is the grouchy one who is not well and probably should be at home.
The impatient one who wants your attention NOW!
The younger ones who spend more energy trying to not work then just doing it.
And then there is me thinking I should have a movie camera rolling here as it's better then the soaps on TV.
This is just staff and not customers who are a whole other kettle of fish.
We had mostly nice ones today which is good because I was having enough trouble keeping a straight face and dealing with the staff who seem to think I am the local shoulder to cry on, one who understands, and the brave side kick who will make it all better.
I am tired.
