There Is Much Rejoicing?
Today is Sunday and my last day of work for this week (6 day stretch).
A few days ago I had my annual evaluation and it went rather well and come next month, I will be getting a 40 cent an hour raise.
So I do have some things to be thankful for and so I will focus on those things as I tend to be one of those nauseating ‘the glass is half full’ people as much as possible. I know that to some this makes me an irritation, but you know what? I find the people who are constantly down a real irritation. Yeah, a lot of life does suck but why go on in that negative frame of mind? I have to live through this time on earth, why not make it as pleasant as possible?
