The Perfect Day?
Yesterday at work we were told that tomorrow was to be the perfect day. I was wondering how they knew this? I was thinking how pompous. Then I was told what they REALLY meant was that by tomorrow ( today) everything in the store had to be set up ready for Christmas. I see…. so in their eyes the perfect day means all the work has been done and now the shoppers can buy buy buy! Somehow that is not my definition of a perfect day. Now today for me is a little more towards perfect then yesterday because today I am off….. Tomorrow (November 11th) will be even more perfect as I am off and it is a paid holiday, so I get paid to stay home! But still these are not perfect days. The perfect day will be when I am in Heaven.— Kareen
